They work!
I was skeptical but decided to give them a try. They are unusual. But by pulling the bumps through the holes in my sneakers I could adjust the fit to be comfortable for the whole foot. And they slip on with the same feel. I've worn them all day and they do not come loose. I'll be buying second pair for my other sneakers.
